The easiest way to make Qatayef dough



Qatayef dough is one of the essentials that all women are keen to store during the month of Ramadan. Qatayef is one of the sweets that must be present on the Iftar table with different fillings and serving methods
Quick Qatayef dough ingredients
• 2 cups of flour
• ½ cup of semolina
• ½ cup of sugar
• 3 cups of water
• 3 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• A pinch of salt



Quick Qatayef dough method
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender, stir them with a wooden spoon to make sure that the flour and semolina do not stick to the blender, then mix the ingredients until they are homogeneous.
2. Put the mixture in a teapot.
3. Bring a tray without edges or a completely flat regular tray and put it on the fire.
4. Pour an amount of Qatayef dough to form a circle and wait until it is cooked from the top and takes a golden color from the bottom.
5. Place it on a cotton cloth to cool, then stuff it as desired.
